  • Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • We don’t offer return/exchange. However, we do offer alterations in case of bad fitting.
  • Unfortunately weather/transit related delays are out of our control and dependent on the courier service and weather conditions in transit. Hence we can’t give a 100% guarantee that it will reach within the given time frame. But we do promise that it will eventually reach you if you have placed an order.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • In the rare case that there is a defective issue with the parcel we will definitely replace it.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns/Exchanges are not applicable for any customisation pieces.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and once approved you will get store credit/ exchange.
  • AASA BY SIMRAN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  • We do not provide reverse pick-up services.

Steps for Size Exchange:

  1. For size exchange please mail aasabysimran@gmail.com or @aasabysimran on instagram with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. The exchanged parcel must be couriered within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  3. Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order number'
  4. Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organised by you - the customer.
  5. Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change.
  6. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
  7. We will send a size exchange only once, post that courier for the exchange will need to be organised at the customers end.

    Steps for Size Customisation:

    1. We understand that all bodies are built differently, and our size chart may be limited on that front
    2. We offer size customisations and minor length adjustments at no additional cost
    3. Please drop us a dm, once we confirm availability - you can place your order on the website and dm us your :
    4. order number
    5. measurements ( bust, waist, hip, chest, arm size )
    6. We do not accept exchanges/returns as we are unable to repurpose the pieces, so please send the accurate measurements across.
    7. Order timelines are 10-14 working days

    All mails/dms will be addressed within 24 hours of being received. We do not operate on Sundays.
