Refund policy

Please note:

  • All sales at aasabysimran.com are final. We have a no refund/cancellation policy.
  • Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • We don’t offer return/exchange. However, we do offer alterations in case of bad fitting.
  • Unfortunately weather/transit related delays are out of our control and dependent on the courier service and weather conditions in transit. Hence we can’t give a 100% guarantee that it will reach within the given time frame. But we do promise that it will eventually reach you if you have placed an order.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • In the rare case that there is a defective issue with the parcel we will definitely replace it.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges:


  • Any order related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • We do not offer refunds however, you can view our Returns and Exchange policy below:
  • Returns/Exchanges are not applicable for any customisation pieces.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and once approved you will get store credit/ exchange.
  • AASA BY SIMRAN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
  • We do not provide reverse pick-up services.

Steps for Return/Style Change:

  1. For return, please mail aasabysimran@gmail.com with your original order number along with return reason within 24 hours of receiving the product. in an unused and unworn condition.
  2. The return parcel must be couriered within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  3. Mail subject line should have 'RETURN - name - order number.
  4. Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organized by you - the customer.
  5. Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the store credit. This can be redeemed at any future purchase from us.
  6. For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for your purchase of choice.
  7. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
